Job Summary As a Security Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building and executing a go-to-market strategy to drive the growth of our security business. You will work closely with clients to deliver genuine business value, demonstrate product expertise, and provide a comprehensive overview of key business use cases. You will lead regular interactions with external client stakeholders, driving with empathy, while exploring innovative ways to expand the impact of our security solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and Execute Go-to-Market Strategy : Build and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive the growth of our security business, meeting or exceeding quarterly targets. Build and Manage Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer experiences and delivering genuine business value. Product Expertise : Demonstrate product expertise and provide a comprehensive overview of key business use cases to clients. Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to develop and execute sales strategies. Pipeline Management : Manage and grow the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and regular updates on sales performance. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's Degree : A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or computer science. 7+ Years of Experience : At least 7 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the cloud or security industry. 5+ Years of Client-Facing Experience : At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the security or IT industry. Excellent Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights to drive sales performance. Preferred Qualifications The following qualifications are preferred: Experience in Cloud Security : Experience working in cloud security, preferably with Google Cloud or similar technologies. Sales Experience in Security : Experience in sales or business development in the security industry. Technical Skills : Technical skills, such as experience with cloud security platforms, threat intelligence, or incident response. Leadership Experience : Leadership experience, preferably in a sales or business development role.
