Key Responsibilities Plan and execute data analysis projects to drive business insights and inform decision making Apply statistical analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple sources Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and tools to analyze and interpret complex data sets Communicate results to a wide range of audiences, including senior leadership and stakeholders Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data analysis and business intelligence Guide junior staff and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or Finance At least 3 years of work experience in data analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations research, marketing analysis, simulation development, or predictive analytics Proficiency in analysis software and applications, such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAFE Agile or similar methodologies Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx, or other business intelligence tools Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL Experience with data mining, machine learning, or predictive analytics Certification in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field What We Offer At Blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
