Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Support Specialist to join our client support team. As a Senior Product Support Specialist, you'll work closely with our clients to address how-to questions, resolve issues, and provide expert guidance on our platform. You'll be a key player in delivering a "human-first" experience that exceeds our clients' expectations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to respond to how-to questions and resolve issues on our platform Deliver a "human-first" experience through voice and written interactions across chat, email, phone, and our proprietary tools Become a subject matter expert on our products, both from a technical and client use-case perspective Proactively seek opportunities to help clients maximize their value from our platform, identifying better ways to work smarter and delight clients Partner with leadership to increase organizational efficiencies, sharing feedback and insights to drive client value higher Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Onboarding, Account Management, and Maintenance, to increase client engagement and drive long-term retention What We Look for in a Candidate We're looking for individuals who embody our company values and possess the skills and experience necessary to excel in this role. Here are the essential qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field 2+ years of experience providing SaaS client support to businesses with a proven track record of impacting client success Demonstrated experience supporting multiple online software or SaaS products, or IT experience Experience building best practices focused on support quality and efficiencies, potentially as an Subject Matter Expert (SME), Mentor, or Leader Ability to work independently and through uncertainty while contributing to a dynamic environment Excellent communication and prioritization skills, with the ability to focus on high-impact tasks Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with fundamental web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript) Experience working with multiple support systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Service Cloud, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, Radio, Salesforce, Twilio) What We Offer At Blithequark, we're committed to providing an exceptional employee experience.
