As a key member of our Watcher Experience (VX) group, you will be responsible for driving the integrated strategy and guiding strategic execution across online entertainment support channels (Twitter, Facebook, AppFollow) for Direct to Customer (DTC) brands. You will be the primary point of contact for all needs related to the VX Social group, including cross-functional colleagues and external partners. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Creating and operationalizing the social support process and guide, including setting a team vision, creating key metrics, planning flexible cycles, setting, and achieving team objectives across all brand verticals. * Driving the execution of suitable reporting and analysis while considering the needs of partners. * Leading a team of pioneers and individual patrons daily while directing DTC's online entertainment support strategy and execution across a global impression. * Proactively identifying shortcomings and holes in current social support standards and driving goals to improve functional work processes and the viewer experience. * Collaborating with senior leaders cross-functionally to work towards a detailed client experience while supporting the greater objectives as they relate to Web-based Entertainment strategy for all arenaflex brands. * Working with partners to ensure alignment and approval of strategy and content for global social groups, ensuring each brand is being informed with proper tone and voice. * Leading and guiding go-to-market launches and product launches, collaborating with all partners and cross-functional colleagues to ensure social presence is properly addressed and supported. * Supporting episode management needs during high-impact situations, filling in as the POC for leader briefings while directing social reaction, collaborating with Chief, PR, and Legal direction. **Essential Capabilities and Abilities** * BS/BA degree or applicable professional experience * 2+ years' experience managing a team, ability to energize and develop colleagues, it is a plus to lead pioneers. * 2+ years' involvement with virtual entertainment or online community management, shown capacity to drive business results through online action * Experience with social media management platforms, e.g., Salesforce (Service Cloud), Fledgling, Hootsuite, Listenfirst, Qualtrics, Sprinklr. * Steady history to create and operationalize innovative online social projects * High savvy connected with Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, AppFollow an or more * Demonstrated comprehension of which measurements and apparatuses assist with further developing the customer experience through friendly channels. * Show a high capacity to bear setting exchanging and interferences while staying useful and ready to give powerful direction. **Favored Capabilities** * Magnificent written and verbal communication skills * Experience with innovation, entertainment, and dividing customer crowds * Capacity to collaborate well with cross-functional groups. * Esteem responsibility and take responsibility for beginning to end. * Approach difficulties head-on with a positive and engaged approach **About Working at arenaflex** arenaflex is a global leader in entertainment and media, offering a wide range of benefits and advantages to our employees.
