As a key player in the blithequark Consumer Products (blithequarkCP) Social Marketing Strategy, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the blithequark Instagram account, engaging with customers, and fostering a positive online community. Job Summary In this role, you will be working closely with the blithequark marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies, create engaging content, and provide exceptional customer support. Your primary focus will be on managing the blithequark Instagram account, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for analyzing social media metrics, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform future marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities Manage and support the blithequark Instagram account, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer support Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness Create engaging content, including captions, images, and videos, to post on the blithequark Instagram account Analyze social media metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns, promotions, and contests Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes Provide exceptional customer support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Identify and escalate any issues or concerns that may impact the blithequark brand or reputation Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, customer support, or a related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze social media metrics and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies Experience with social media management tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of Instagram and other social media platforms, including best practices, trends, and platform changes Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working with a global entertainment brand or a similar industry Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator Experience with social media advertising, including creating and managing ads on Instagram and other platforms Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates Experience with customer support software, including Zendesk or similar platforms Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Strong attention to detail, with the ability to craft engaging content and respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and precision Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube Experience with social media management tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits As a Social Media Support Specialist at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in social media marketing, customer support, and community management.
