Your primary focus will be on managing the blithequark Instagram account, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for analyzing social media metrics, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform future marketing strategies. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and support the blithequark Instagram account, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer support * Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness * Create engaging content, including captions, images, and videos, to post on the blithequark Instagram account * Analyze social media metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns, promotions, and contests * Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes * Provide exceptional customer support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Identify and escalate any issues or concerns that may impact the blithequark brand or reputation **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to have: * A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field * At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing, customer support, or a related field * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner * Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze social media metrics and provide insights to inform future marketing strategies * Experience with social media management tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms * Strong knowledge of Instagram and other social media platforms, including best practices, trends, and platform changes * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Experience working with a global entertainment brand or a similar industry * Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator * Experience with social media advertising, including creating and managing ads on Instagram and other platforms * Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates * Experience with customer support software, including Zendesk or similar platforms **Skills and Competencies** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to craft engaging content and respond to customer inquiries with accuracy and precision * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube * Experience with social media management tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Social Media Support Specialist at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in social media marketing, customer support, and community management.
