Our teams work tirelessly to deliver exceptional experiences across all touchpoints, from marketing and advertising to product development and customer service. **Join Our Dynamic Team** We're seeking an experienced Principal Architect – AdTech Customer Data & Identity to lead the development and execution of our customer persona system across AdTech platforms. As a key member of our AdTech team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth through data-driven insights. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement a comprehensive customer persona system that integrates with AdTech platforms, enabling personalized customer experiences and targeted marketing efforts. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data analysis, to drive strategy and achieve business objectives. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard practices in AdTech, informing the continuous improvement of our systems and processes. * Apply expertise in customer data platforms, persona diagrams, and universal identifiers to create unified customer profiles and enhance personalization efforts. * Develop and execute methodologies for collecting, managing, and utilizing customer data effectively, ensuring compliance with data security regulations. * Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the use of data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and drive business growth. **What We're Looking For** * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. * 8+ years of experience in a data-driven solutions design role, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects. * 3+ years of experience working in customer persona management, with a deep understanding of AdTech platforms and their applications. * Strong expertise in customer data platforms, persona diagrams, and universal identifiers, with experience in designing and implementing large-scale data systems. * Experience with data analytics tools and techniques, including data visualization and statistical modeling. * Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders. * Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and data security best practices. **Nice to Have** * Graduate degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science. * Experience working in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment. * Data Clean Room experience is a plus. * Experience with online customer data security and compliance, including standard practices and Consent/Persona Management tools. **Compensation and Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $132,000 to $193,600, based on experience, education, and skills.
