Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement software applications using various programming languages and technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Work on one of the following Programming Portfolio teams: Software Execution and Reliability Engineering, OCC/blithequark Associations and Try Innovation, Omnichannel Technology, Buying, Adjusting, AI/Automation, Global Sales, DLV and Engineering Services, Airport Customer Support, Freight and Baggage Operations, and Agile Training Office, Techops IT, DMS and DFP, or Corporate Technology Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Knowledge of cloud technology, Software Development Lifecycles, and/or computer hardware components and support Ability to work in a business casual work environment and adapt to changing priorities Preferred Qualifications Experience with software development methodologies and version control systems Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ Experience with customer service software and technology Strong understanding of IT principles and practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skill and Competency Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
