As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, creating, investigating, and troubleshooting complex programming programs for improvements and new items. You will be accountable for complex concept design through the full development life cycle and will prepare and lead systems software testing, requiring interacting and programming tests. You will also mentor others in less senior positions and contribute to the growth and development of our team. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, investigate, and troubleshoot complex programming programs for improvements and new items Design complex concepts through the full development life cycle Prepare and lead systems software testing, requiring interacting and programming tests Mentor others in less senior positions and contribute to the growth and development of our team Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a Agile environment and work with customer stories and acceptance criteria Develop and maintain large-scale cloud-based applications using Java, Springboot, or other programming languages Design and implement user interfaces using React JS, Angular JS, or other frontend technologies Ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications through rigorous testing and debugging Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Experience building end-to-end solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience with source control tools like Git and knowledge of using ADO Backend experience with Java or Springboot, and frontend experience with React JS or Angular JS Comfort with database concepts and experience writing SQL in a relational database like MySQL or PostgreSQL Strong understanding of key programming concepts like memory management, development methodologies, API design, and social engineering principles Preferred Qualifications Active experience with writing production code for web applications Functional knowledge in frontend technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML Proficiency in React tools including React.js, Webpack, Babel, Redux, and React Transition Group Understanding of frontend build tools like Storybook for building UI components and pages in isolation Experience with CI/CD tools like ADO, Jira, Jenkins, and GitHub Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions Self-starter who can push projects forward by filling in the gaps in Agile teams, from delivering complete, visible functionalities with excellent standards, through reviewing other Architects' code to contributing to design meetings Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
