Job Summary As a Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data systems and databases. You will be responsible for accurately entering data, reviewing and verifying data for completeness and accuracy, and maintaining confidentiality and security of all data entered. This is a part-time, remote position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $23/hour and the flexibility to work from home. Key Responsibilities Accurate Data Entry : Accurately enter data into Blithequark systems and databases, ensuring that all data is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Data Review and Verification : Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies. Confidentiality and Security : Maintain confidentiality and security of all data entered, adhering to company policies and procedures regarding data entry and privacy. Collaboration and Communication : Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry, and communicate effectively with colleagues and management as needed. Adherence to Policies and Procedures : Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data entry and privacy, ensuring that all data is handled in accordance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent : A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Typing and Computer Skills : Proficiency in typing and computer skills is essential, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems and databases. Attention to Detail and Accuracy : Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is required, with the ability to review and verify data for completeness and accuracy. Independence and Time Management : Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, with strong time management and organizational skills. Communication Skills : Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and management as needed. Preferred Qualifications Previous Experience in Data Entry or Related Field : Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices. Experience with Healthcare Data Systems : Experience with healthcare data systems and databases is preferred, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
