As a Remote Entry-Level Customer Service Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for patients and families, providing emotional support and gathering essential information to facilitate their care. Job Summary As a Remote Entry-Level Customer Service Agent at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for receiving and processing calls from patients, families, and healthcare professionals. You'll gather information, provide emotional support, and relay critical details to clinicians, ensuring that patients receive the care they need. Key Responsibilities: Receive and process calls from patients, families, and healthcare professionals, gathering essential information and providing emotional support. Relay critical information to clinicians, ensuring that patients receive timely and effective care. Develop and maintain exceptional customer care skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving. Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing call volumes and priorities. Collaborate with clinicians and other support agents to ensure seamless care coordination. Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Requirements: Essential Qualifications: 18 years of age or older. Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Accurate keyboard and typing skills, with a minimum of 40 words per minute. Proficient use of Microsoft Office and internet navigation. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to speak with empathy and a smile in your voice. Access to a high-speed internet connection on a personal network (not shared). Personal, private, and patient-confidential workspace environment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field. Familiarity with telehealth or medical terminology.
