Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy scalable web and cloud applications using a range of technologies, including Java, Python, and AWS Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs Participate in the development of technical roadmaps and strategic plans for the technology team Work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications and systems Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team Requirements Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with a focus on web and cloud applications Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Azure Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices Knowledge of containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies Experience with cybersecurity best practices and threat management Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results Strong adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to pivot and adjust to changing priorities and requirements Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Walmart, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
