Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to Amazon customers over the phone, email, and/or chat Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process orders Work with customers to build and maintain positive relationships Follow company policies, procedures, and processes to maintain quality and efficiency in customer service Collaborate with other Customer Service Associates and team leaders to improve the overall customer experience Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to navigate computer systems and software efficiently Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically At least 1 year of customer service experience (no experience required for some positions) High school diploma or equivalent Virtual Technical Support Specialist As a Virtual Technical Support Specialist, you'll provide technical support to Amazon customers via phone and/or chat. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and document customer interactions in a database. If you're tech-savvy and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
