Key Responsibilities: Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches. Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve the recruitment process. Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area and implement changes as needed. Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidates that apply to them. Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress. Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the recruitment process. Essential Qualifications: Proactivity and ability to work in a team. Marked attention to detail in daily work. Advanced English level. No prior experience necessary - we're looking for entry-level candidates eager to learn and grow with us! Preferred Qualifications: 1+ previous work experience in data entry or a related field. Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
