As a Live Chat Assistant, you'll be the face of Blithequark's online customer support, providing timely and effective assistance to our clients through live chat. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers through live chat to provide assistance with inquiries, technical issues, and product information. Respond promptly to customer inquiries with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring that all concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team member for resolution, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers, providing solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company information, enabling you to provide informed support to customers. Requirements: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field or customer service experience is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders. Customer service experience is not required but highly desirable; a passion for helping others and providing exceptional service is essential. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software systems quickly; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service. Knowledge of HVAC and electrical services, or a willingness to learn about the industry. Experience with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
