Role Overview As a Global Remote Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, engaging through live chat on websites. Your primary responsibility will be to address inquiries about products and services, utilizing our comprehensive knowledge base of frequently asked questions and answers to deliver exceptional customer support. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a live chat assistant, focusing on customer support and providing timely resolutions to customer inquiries. Choose your own working hours and log in to the client's website to start your shift, enjoying the flexibility of remote work. Efficiently handle customer queries by utilizing the provided resources, including our knowledge base and other support tools. Conclude your shift by logging out, with the convenience of daily payment, allowing you to manage your finances effectively. Collaborate with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of our support services. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and easily accessible. Escalate complex issues to senior support specialists or other relevant teams, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
