Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally through live chat. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding Blithequark's products or services. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member or department. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude during customer interactions. Record and track all customer interactions in the designated system or software. Requirements Equipment and Connectivity Access to a Laptop, Phone, or Tablet: Applicants should have access to a personal laptop, phone, or tablet to perform the necessary tasks and communication required for the role. Experience Customer Service Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred for this position.
