As a Client Service Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, setting the tone for their entire travel experience. Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Service Specialist to join our team at Blithequark. As a Client Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling ticketing and registration, managing baggage and cargo, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly and courteous service to all internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and resolve customer issues efficiently. Handle ticketing and registration, including processing payments, making change, and balancing daily transactions. Manage baggage and cargo, including checking in and handling customer inquiries. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management via phone, in-person, and public address systems. Maintain accurate records and reports, including anomaly and complaint reports. Adhere to Blithequark's policies, procedures, and appearance standards. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. No prior experience necessary; training will be provided. Ability to type and use a computer keyboard with adequate speed to fulfill job requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities. Physical ability to lift and move objects up to 70 pounds, climb, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Ability to speak multiple languages. Experience working in a team environment.
