Key Responsibilities As a Live Chat Support representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for customers, offering assistance and solutions via live chat. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns and questions. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful as a Live Chat Support representative at blithequark, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency in written English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and typing speed of at least 40 WPM, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications. Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
