As a Customer Experience Expert, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome and fostering customer loyalty. Provide accurate and detailed product information, assisting customers with order processing and addressing any concerns they may have. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our software applications to document and track customer issues. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance the overall customer experience. Stay up-to-date on Blithequark policies and procedures, adhering to our high standards of customer service. Requirements: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, meeting productivity and performance standards. Proficiency with computers and various software applications, including our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment, conducive to productivity and focus. Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
