Job Summary As a Remote Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for transferring confidential data from paper and electronic formats into our billing software, verifying data, and generating reports. Key Responsibilities Transfer confidential data from paper and/or electronic (typed) formats into billing software (Timeslips) using a keyboard Type in data provided directly from staff Verify data by comparison/generating reports Sort and organize paperwork (electronic and hard copy) following data entry Maintain accurate and up-to-date records Ensure data entry is completed in a timely and efficient manner Collaborate with team members to achieve data entry goals Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Prior work experience in data entry (or related field) Typing proficiency, with a preferred level of at least 45 wpm accuracy, and no errors Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Work experience in a medical, legal, or insurance claims office Understanding of internal processes of medical facilities and med-legal terminology Experience with billing software (Timeslips) or similar systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite What We Offer Excellent weekly pay Safe and supportive work environment Multiple shifts available, from morning to night No experience required – we're committed to training and developing our team members Ample opportunity for growth and professional development Part-time schedule available – choose the days you wish to work A dedication to promoting from within Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
