Job Summary We are offering a full-time and part-time remote Customer Service position with no prior experience required. As a Customer Service representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information on our products and services. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide information on products, services, and policies, and assist customers with placing orders and navigating our website. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction, adhering to our customer service standards. Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve our overall customer experience. Stay up-to-date on our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge. Requirements Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent listening and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. Access to a quiet, distraction-free work environment with a reliable internet connection. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience, either in a call center or other customer-facing environment. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
