Assist with Booking and Travel-Related Inquiries: Assist customers with booking reservations, managing existing bookings, and resolving travel-related inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Handle Escalated Customer Concerns: Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a positive customer experience. Act as a Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador for Blithequark, maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor in all interactions with customers. Utilize Internal Systems and Resources: Utilize internal systems and resources to effectively address customer needs and inquiries, and collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize the customer experience. Essential Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred. Previous Experience: Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the aviation or travel industry. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members. Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution. Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer navigation and basic software applications, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
