About the Role As a Live Chat Assistant at blithequark, you'll be more than just a customer service representative. You will be the voice and personality of our brand, providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our online community standards are maintained. Key Responsibilities Respond to Customer Queries: Provide empathetic and efficient responses to customer queries, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Manage Live Chat: Manage live chat sessions, providing real-time assistance and support to customers, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Escalate Issues: Escalate complex issues to higher management when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. Maintain Online Community Standards: Ensure that our online community standards are maintained, and that customers are engaged in a respectful and professional manner.
