As a key member of our engineering team, you'll be responsible for identifying workflow inefficiencies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing solutions to enhance our game development process. Your expertise in custom game engines, Unreal, Unity, JavaScript, and .NET technologies will be instrumental in driving our success. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Collaborating with our Art, Layout, and Engineering teams to identify workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and areas for improvement in our development process. * Working with cross-functional teams to generate candidate solutions, weigh tradeoffs, and implement the selected answer. * Assisting in the development, preservation, and extension of arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures. * Building and guiding custom asset pipelines to optimize our game development process. * Growing arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A strong passion for empowering others to do their best work. * Experience with the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness. * Proficiency in operating with custom standalone gear. * Enjoyment in growing gear that can be utilized by multiple game development disciplines. * Proficiency in C#, C++, Python, JavaScript, and .NET technologies. * Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be advantageous: * Experience with custom game engines, including Unreal and Unity. * Familiarity with JavaScript and .NET technologies. * Familiarity with required utility materials. * A resume outlining applicable experience. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to fostering a culture of growth and development.
