About the Role: Remote Customer Service Representative We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at Blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our members over the phone and through various digital channels. You will assist members with inquiries about their benefits, claims, and other related issues, ensuring that they receive the support they need to navigate their health and wellness journey. Key Responsibilities: Respond to Member Inquiries: Respond to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information about their benefits and claims. Provide Accurate Information: Provide accurate and up-to-date information about benefits and claims, ensuring that members have the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their health and wellness. Resolve Issues and Concerns: Assist members with resolving issues and concerns, working collaboratively with other teams to ensure that members receive the support they need. Document Interactions: Document all interactions in our customer service database, ensuring that member information is accurate and up-to-date. Adhere to Compliance and Quality Standards: Adhere to all compliance and quality standards, ensuring that member information is protected and that services are delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements. Essential Qualifications: Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a health insurance or healthcare setting. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. High School Diploma or Equivalent: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Certification in Customer Service: Certification in customer service or a related field, such as healthcare administration or health education.
