Position Overview We're seeking an entry-level Data Entry Specialist to assist with application administration and support the migration of organizations and user accounts as part of a key project. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry and application administration tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Support the migration of organizations and user accounts as part of a key project, ensuring a seamless transition for clients. Collaborate with the development team to ensure successful data migration and application setup. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Top Skills: Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing ability (over 40 wpm). Language Proficiency: Strong command of English; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Customer Service: Previous experience in helpdesk or customer support is beneficial. Requirements: Reliable internet connection. High School Diploma or equivalent.
