As a Senior Engineer on our team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, and Support to build seamless and powerful enterprise-level products. Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join our Enterprise Workflow team, focusing on Apple technologies and enterprise solutions. As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from any city across the US. Your expertise will be essential in driving the adoption of Apple technologies, automating workflows, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our enterprise customers. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level solutions using Apple technologies, including macOS, iOS, and iPadOS Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and guide functional specifications to technical designs and project plans Drive quality improvement initiatives and processes, ensuring high-quality solutions that meet enterprise customer needs Review and provide feedback on plans and implementations developed by software and automation engineers Communicate and drive decisions on various aspects, including customer experience, technical design, security, and privacy Develop tools and workflows that enable engineers to monitor their tasks' impact on managed enterprise and educational environments Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 2+ years of experience delivering and managing Macs, iPads, iPhones, and Mac TVs in enterprise (non-profit, startup, financial services, etc.) and educational (K12, Higher Ed, etc.) organizations Strong understanding of design management solution landscapes, specifically those used to manage macOS devices Advanced programming skills in Swift, Python, Go, Objective-C, or similar In-depth knowledge of Apple enterprise technologies, including Apple Business Manager, Mobile Device Management, Apple Configurator, and Automated Device Enrollment Thorough understanding of software development and quality assurance lifecycles, methodologies, and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience with automation and CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with Apple Management Platforms and Mobile Device Management solutions across various implementation types (open-source, paid solutions, and managed service providers) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive creative solutions Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders What We Offer As a Senior Engineer on our Enterprise Workflow team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and opportunities, including: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive business growth and innovation Collaborative and dynamic work environment with cross-functional teams Professional development and growth opportunities, including training and mentorship Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools Diverse and inclusive work environment that values creativity and innovation Why Join Apple?
