Key Responsibilities Lead the acquisition and synthesis of consistent product discovery efforts and define product requirements that provide opportunities to lift the client experience Influence client data, conversational analysis, industry knowledge, and technical understanding to analyze the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term development with long-term investments Work with the core product team to define client stories, guide product definition, and establish comprehensive acceptance measures, identifying and addressing any requirements for additional research to define future feature design Lead client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation and identify ways to improve the experience Analyze performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and develop clear, data-informed product recommendations accordingly Maintain and refine the product backlog, prioritizing client stories to meet the needs of the end client while focusing on business value Support the definition and creation of the product strategy, roadmap, release plan, and overall client experience Essential Qualifications Four-year college degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field Interest and desire to understand how things work and ability to use that knowledge to build relationships and find opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset and bias toward action Passion for delivering excellent products and services, with the ability to empathize with clients and articulate product functionality Proven self-starter with the ability to manage multiple needs and tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to convey new and complex details with brevity and clarity Forward-looking "growth mindset" with a focus on technology trends and emerging industry/space best practices Preferred Qualifications Experience with conversational AI, chatbots, and automation development Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and platforms, including AWS or Azure Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git Skills and Competencies Intellectually Curious: You're inquisitive, investigate, and aren't afraid to share your thoughts Significant Communicator: You can convey complex ideas clearly, regardless of your audience Do-er: You're biased toward action, willing to take risks, and not afraid to fail Learner: You have a desire to learn new things, new technologies, and demonstrate humility when seeking help Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Blithequark, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our partners.
