About the Job As a Full Stack Tax Consultant, you will be responsible for leading tax planning meetings and rigorous analysis related to our new go-to-market strategy. You will work with multiple team members to support tax reporting and requirements, ensuring that plans, submissions, and audit information are created through business processes and original tools. You will also support Dell's direct strategy to sell our technology portfolio as a service. Key Responsibilities Join Dell Technologies Apex's end-to-end tax planning and value chain offering Collaborate with the Apex project team on the introduction and implementation of new products, ensuring that strategy and tax requirements are considered, prioritizing and testing business processes and data Collaborate with local and operational tax teams to develop global tax positions and strategies related to Apex offerings Discover ways to limit the tax and cost risks associated with Apex offerings Develop and implement tax planning strategies to support business growth and expansion Provide tax consulting services to internal clients, including tax planning, compliance, and audit support Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in tax law and regulations, and apply this knowledge to inform tax planning and compliance strategies Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and sales teams Collaborate with external tax advisors and consultants to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations Requirements Essential Qualifications At least 4 years of relevant tax experience and a Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training Must be a team player; have the ability to adapt, be able to grow within the role, and develop relationships within the company Advanced research skills Excellent verbal and written communication Excellent organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications Ability to influence many stakeholders Ability to work remotely and as part of a globally distributed team Experience with tax planning and compliance in a multinational environment Knowledge of tax laws and regulations in the US and other countries Experience with tax software and systems, including tax planning and compliance tools Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external advisors Knowledge of tax laws and regulations in the US and other countries Experience with tax software and systems, including tax planning and compliance tools Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Dell Technologies, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
