Our team is built on a foundation of clear goals, efficiency, positivity, and professionalism, and we seek like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **The Role** As an Experienced Full Stack Technical Customer Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with the customer support team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly * Identifying opportunities to improve our support processes and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction * Seeking ways to optimize our customer support across various channels, primarily Zendesk and email, and adapting based on feedback * Understanding customer pain points and offering solutions that meet their needs while adhering to company policies * Working with other team members to enhance our overall customer service **Working Hours** During the initial onboarding and training period, you will work between 9am-4pm CEST.
