Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Customer Interaction: Communicate clearly, effectively, and empathetically with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Essential Qualifications Education A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service or chat support experience, preferably in a remote environment, is required. Technical Skills Proficiency in using chat platforms, CRM systems, and Blithequark software and hardware is essential. Communication Skills Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and professionalism are a must.
