Key Responsibilities As a Live Chat Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful as a Live Chat Agent at blithequark, you will need: Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred. Experience with live chat support platforms and CRM systems is preferred.
