Key Responsibilities Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and ensure seamless customer interactions Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade and cross-sell products and services Explain and position products and processes with customers to ensure a thorough understanding of our offerings Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with the managerial team to ensure prompt resolution Ensure first-call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling to minimize customer frustration Candidate Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. You should be able to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute) and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and the Windows operating system. Additionally, you should be highly reliable, with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality, and possess an aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.
