Job Overview In this role, you will interact with hundreds of customers each week, providing support, resolving issues, and selling new products and services. You will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction. As a customer service agent, you will be responsible for listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be expected to recognize sales opportunities and apply your sales skills to upgrade and promote our products and services. Key Responsibilities Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and resolve customer issues Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade and promote our products and services Explain and position our products and processes with customers, providing clear and concise information Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with our managerial team, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling, minimizing the need for follow-up calls Candidate Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will need to have excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to type swiftly and accurately. You will also need to have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a basic understanding of Windows operating system.
