Job Summary We're looking for a highly skilled Customer Care Representative to join our remote team, providing support to customers through phone, email, and web interactions. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in empowering our customers to take control of their medications and achieve better overall wellness. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with a variable reduced hour schedule that may require additional or fewer hours due to business needs. Key Responsibilities Virtually assist customers and other advisors with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions via phone, email, and web interactions Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers Proactively identify solutions to anticipate customer questions and concerns Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical advisement is necessary Deliver best-in-class service experiences in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty Provide technical support to customers navigating our pharmacy website and services Serve customers in a timely manner, maximizing our relationship with them and building long-term connections Promote customer privacy and safety by adhering to our Work From Home policy and maintaining confidentiality Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older) 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) Experience working in a customer service or call center environment Experience working in a healthcare environment (preferred) Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and quality standards Demonstrated ability to work as a team member and collaborate with others What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace that values and supports our employees.
