Job Summary We're seeking experienced Customer Service Agents to work remotely, providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. Process transactions, calculate charges, make change, and balance daily transactions. Check in baggage and freight, answer phone calls, and provide information to guests. Handle exchanges required to load the aircraft in a timely and efficient manner. Manage misused customers due to oversells, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage. Provide current and accurate flight information, schedules, and reservations data to customers and guests. Complete forms and reports as required by the company. Write abnormality and grievance reports as needed. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the aviation industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using a computer and software applications.
