Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, responding to voicemail messages, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will also make outbound scheduling and follow-up calls to promote customer satisfaction and transfer calls to various departments as needed. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls, confirm scheduled appointments, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Respond to and resolve voicemail messages, abandoned, and missed calls from customers. Make outbound scheduling and follow-up calls to promote customer satisfaction and resolve customer concerns. Transfer calls to various departments as needed, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns. Document customer interactions, maintaining accurate records and reports. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously. Proficient in using computer software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document customer interactions. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a remote or part-time customer service role. Familiarity with cloud-based software and SaaS applications. Experience working in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction. Certification in customer service or a related field is an asset. Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
