Job Summary We're seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to work remotely from Florida. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their queries. If you're a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities: Interact with customers via phone, responding to their queries, and providing solutions to their problems, including shopping for new pets, finding the perfect chew toys, or resolving issues. Research and problem-solve to determine suitable solutions for customers, think proactively, and set follow-ups as needed to ensure contact resolution. Operate with empathy, kindness, and understanding when interacting with customers and team members, utilizing active listening skills. Collaborate with teammates, direct managers, and other team members across various levels of the organization using virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom, Slack, and webcams. Adapt to changing business needs, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn. Maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information. Essential Qualifications: 2+ years of customer service experience. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) demonstrated through a written assessment. Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computers for data entry and rapid navigation through systems and the internet to search for information. Ability to adapt to changing business needs. Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a remote environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software. Experience with virtual collaboration tools.
