Our Patient Customer Service department within the Revenue Cycle Management Division is seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team. About the Role As a Customer Service Support Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving patient inquiries, and providing solutions to challenging billing issues. Key Responsibilities: Handle 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and private insurance carriers, providing timely and effective support. Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring flexible and affordable solutions. Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating expertise and efficiency. Maintain performance goals and strive for continuous improvement, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to learn. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Dedicated work-from-home space with a reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download speed). Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate multiple computer screens and applications. Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Previous medical and/or call center experience. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. Technical Requirements: Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second. No satellite internet. Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord (equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port).
