Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Associate, your key responsibilities will include: Managing inventory for our single brick-and-mortar store and online platform, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely updates. Entering purchase orders into our Lightspeed POS system as orders are written, confirmed, and given to you from the buyer. Editing inventory on Shopify for our website, ensuring seamless integration with our online platform. Analyzing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in inventory management. Developing and implementing processes to optimize data entry efficiency and accuracy. Collaborating with the buying team to ensure accurate and timely data entry. Providing excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar data entry role, preferably in e-commerce. Proven experience with Shopify, including inventory management and data entry. Solid knowledge of data analysis and inventory management principles.
