Job Summary As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll work in a remote environment, providing exceptional support to our customers. You'll carry out real-time investigations to locate customer orders, contact customers directly to confirm delivery details, and act as an interface between customers and Delivery Service Partners to resolve issues and arrange re-delivery when required. Key Responsibilities: Conduct real-time investigations to locate customer orders and determine the best course of action to get orders to customers swiftly Contact customers directly via phone and/or email to confirm crucial delivery details and prevent delays Act as an interface between customers and Delivery Service Partners to identify possible root causes, solve issues, and arrange for re-delivery when required Provide exceptional support to customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience Participate in ongoing training and development to improve knowledge and skills Requirements and Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Minimum age: 18 years old Right to work in the Netherlands Strong communication skills in Dutch and German (both written and oral fluency – minimum of C1 level) Good communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency) Intermediate computer literacy Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., weekend, and overtime as required) Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service or a related field Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of €15.50 per hour, reflecting our commitment to attracting the best talent.
