You'll work in our fast-paced communications center at our corporate headquarters in Lone Tree, CO, and will be responsible for: Learning about our members and their situations to provide personalized support Educating our members on the ways we can help them afford life Providing meaningful, careful, focused, and ethical product solutions Processing transactions like transfers and payments with courtesy and professionalism Performing advanced transactions like IRAs, CDs, open accounts, wire transfers, and handling disputes Growing with us by staying up-to-date on financial industry trends, products, services, and technological advances Sharing your knowledge on effective practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities Standing shoulder-to-shoulder with our members and teammates to deliver exceptional service Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Authenticity and a passion for helping others Enjoyment of Learning and a desire for a career, not just a paycheck Understanding of Financial Products and services, similar to a Relationship Banker or Personal Banker Comfort and Confidence in recommending and processing financial products like loans Service Excellence awards and high fives for your awesomeness Leadership Experience , either formal or informal Embracing Change and seeking new ways to serve our members and the community Ability to Work Well with Others , even in challenging situations Innovative Spirit and a willingness to thrive on challenges Belief in Making a Difference and a desire to change the world for people Multi-Lingual Capabilities , including Spanish, highly preferred Career Growth and Learning Benefits At Canvas Credit Union, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
