About the Role: Customer Service Representative We are seeking talented and motivated individuals to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries and resolving issues related to various financial products and services. This is a full-time, night shift position that offers a competitive salary of $30 per hour and the opportunity to work remotely. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to financial products and services in a professional and courteous manner Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management on ways to enhance our services Perform routine customer support tasks, including answering and resolving customer complaints and concerns Receive guidance and coaching from customer service management to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in your role Escalate complex issues to more experienced representatives or management as needed Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, including other customer service representatives, management, and external partners Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Essential Qualifications: 6 months of customer service experience in a financial services or contact center environment, or equivalent experience demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and quality in your work Preferred Qualifications: 6 months of customer service experience in a financial industry or contact center environment 2 years of college education or equivalent experience Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, lending, and investment products Work Environment and Schedule This is a full-time, night shift position that requires flexibility and adaptability. You will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as split rest days and occasional overtime as needed. You will also be required to work in a remote environment, using technology and digital tools to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
