Key Responsibilities As an Online Web Chat Representative at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include: Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service through online chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on products and services. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Education and Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a web chat or digital support role.
