Job Summary As a Premier Service Consultant, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. In this multi-faceted role, you'll address a broad range of customer service call types, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing and adjustments, and advanced technical support. You'll use creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide personalized recommendations for our latest products and services.
