About the Role The primary focus of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, responding to a wide range of customer inquiries via chat. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for addressing product-related questions, resolving shipping damage claims, providing order status updates, communicating with vendors, calculating prices, and more. Your goal will be to deliver prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and concerns Provide accurate and detailed information about our products, services, and policies to customers Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, design, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues Utilize strong sales acumen to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, promoting our products and services to customers Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products, features, and services Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction targets Who We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you will possess a unique combination of skills, traits, and experience.
