Job Overview We're hiring a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic call center team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service support, solutions, and product information to our valued customers. With a competitive average hourly rate of $15 - $17, plus commission opportunities upon completion of training, this role offers a rewarding career path for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions via phone, email, or chat Utilize effective soft-selling and interpersonal communication skills to grow the blithequark brand and promote our products and services Work collaboratively with customers, business partners, and co-workers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support Utilize multiple computer applications, including our customer relationship management (CRM) system, to manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze data Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales targets Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills, knowledge, and performance Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED), or equivalent Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Strong PC skills, with the ability to work with multiple computer applications, including CRM systems Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred, but not required Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and holidays Willingness to complete a comprehensive training program, which includes three weeks of full-time training, Monday - Friday, from 9:00 - 5:30pm EST Reliable high-speed internet connection, two monitors, a computer, and a USB headset Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and sales targets Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy What We Offer At blithequark, we're committed to providing our team members with a comprehensive range of benefits, perks, and opportunities for growth and development.
