As a remote data entry and technical support specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing specialized support for network framework and internal desktop systems software and hardware. Your primary responsibilities will include entering, updating, and verifying data accurately, as well as providing technical assistance to computer system users and resolving computer issues via phone, in-person, or from a remote location.
