What You'll Do As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for: • Identifying and collecting information to aid in various Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and risk evaluation objectives, compliance requirements, and situation awareness regions. • Designing and developing dashboards to assist stakeholders in scoping risk and assessing the maturity of associated controls. • Constructing custom reports as needed to provide insights and correlations from data. • Applying expertise in analytics strategies and tools to increase defensible and regular methodologies for assessing risk. • Providing input on new and emerging risk regions using data-driven analysis. • Soliciting feedback and contributing to the continuous development of our ERM and risk evaluation processes. Key Responsibilities Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: • Data collection and processing from disparate information systems across our US and global businesses. • Developing and maintaining complex data visualizations and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and BigQuery. • Collaborating with compliance professionals, attorneys, and business leaders to communicate insights and effects. • Staying up-to-date with emerging risks and trends in the industry. What You'll Bring To be successful in this role, you will need: • Deep SQL knowledge and expertise in tools like Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep, BigQuery, PowerApps, and Dataiku. • Experience working on legal, compliance, ERM, or risk evaluation matters. • Adept at generating impactful visualizations and using data to tell a story. • Proficiency in coding using R or Python. • Robust verbal and written communication skills. • A growth mindset and a passion for learning new things. Essential and Preferred Qualifications We are looking for candidates with: • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business, or finance). • At least 2 years of experience in data entry, risk management, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
